On November 29, the “Power of Hands” exhibition will open at Fotografiska (the Swedish Museum of Photography) in Stockholm with pictures taken by the internationally award-winning Swedish-Eritrean photographer Malin Fezehai. This will be the third time Essity and Fotografiska hold a joint exhibition aimed at highlighting how hygiene and health affect people’s well-being.
Today, hygiene and health company Essity continues its commitment to breaking barriers to well-being by convening the United Nations Foundation’s annual Global Dialogue on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These were adopted by the United Nations in 2015. The dialogue, held at the UN headquarters in New York, gathers representatives from the UN system, public and private sector, and civil society to discuss actions to make progress on the SDGs.

This new and unique way of training is a result of our collaboration with world-leading hand hygiene experts at the Infection Prevention and Control Program at the University of Geneva Hospitals and Faculty of Medicine, Geneva, Switzerland, and hospitals around the world.
Essity’s Interim report for the third quarter of 2019 will be published on October 25 at approximately 7:00 CET. In conjunction with publication, a telephone and web presentation will be held at 9:00 CET where President and CEO Magnus Groth will present and answer questions.

Over the next three years, the collaboration will provide education to 4,000 pupils and 500 teachers in Mexico City and Chihuahua about attitudes and habits in connection with menstrual hygiene management and hand washing.

Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has occurred, the company is obligated by law to disclose any such changes in this manner.
